I recently had a not-so-pleasant experience with a similar organization. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and their website was outdated. However, when I contacted Casa Of Kleberg County, I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was professional and caring, and the website was user-friendly. They made the whole process much easier for me.
