I had a mixed experience with Coastal Biotech. The customer service was great and the staff was knowledgeable, but I was disappointed with the quality of their products. The website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, when I received the products, they did not meet my expectations. The packaging was poor and some of the items were damaged. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
