Worst experience ever!!! First and last time I bring my car to this garage. It was the first time I brought my car to service somewhere else other than BMW. I did it to save some money but of course as the saying goes you get what you pay for they say they specialize in German cars Iike BMW. The mechanic completely stripped my wheel locks which are supposed to be removed by hand and not the gun. Also they offered to wash my car after the service for an additional $15. It turns out I paid $15 to have my $2,000 suede BMW electronic racing steering wheel ruined by some idiot who put degreaser and water in the trunk which ruined the electronics of the convertible. Now my car is sitting at a shop and I m waiting on wheel locks to be ordered which are special order and in the meantime I m having to spend mega money on renting a car for the past 2 weeks. Save your money and hassle. Do not trust these hobby mechanics!!!!! When I approached the owner about the steering wheel and the convertible he was condescending and saying that it s speculation and there is no proof that they did it and that he works with Bentley s and German cars all the time. It isn t about the money because I have full coverage. It s the fact that these people will ruin your car and not take any responsibility for it. And if you don t have coverage you ll end up spending over 10 grand on an electrical problem on a BMW if you don t have coverage. If you can afford to buy a BMW or a Bentley, spend the extra money and taking it to the dealer.
