Drove from London twice to see then collect my new van from here. Worth it. They had exactly what I was looking for (Toyota Proace) in good condition. There were a couple of tiny issues with the used van, which I noticed when I saw it at first (e.g. auto mirror adjustment didn't work) but these were fixed by the time I collected the van. Also they fitted roof bars ready for collection for me. Very happy with the service from start to finish, they know how to communicate with customers. They were not pushy with additional sales (I can't deal with salesy people normally!), although I did opt for the extended 2 year warranty (no brainer for the money in my case). Nicholas dealt with tax, part exchange, the whole lot, I just had to sign and pay and drive away. Very straightforward. I like the fact they have been around for a while, and that if anything went really wrong I could call them. Doubt I'll need to though. I only run a small business so I don't need another van, but I'd be straight back to them if I did.
