The service provided by Bespoke Software was satisfactory. They delivered the software on time and it met our basic requirements. However, there were a few shortcomings and areas where improvement is needed. Overall, it was an average experience, but I expected more from a company of their reputation. Nevertheless, their support team was responsive and addressed the issues promptly.
