i have an CPO mercedez c 250 2013 that i purchased...

i have an CPO mercedez c 250 2013 that i purchased Aug 2014 , i noticed a thumbing noise coming from the front suspension system, i called Mercedes Benz of tampa for an appointment dated 2/27/2015 . after checking the car my service adviser told me that they heard the noise and the parts needs to be ordered from Germany because it is a bulletin !!! and it will take 2 to 3 weeks to have it. i left them alone for 4 month and no one called me . i called them again in June since the noise became worse and they claim that they did not received the parts yet then i requested to talk to the supervisor who asked me to bring the car again to be checked which i did. while i was there couple of the service advisers gathered and they came up with some BS!!! trying to convince me that the parts is not there yet and they will contact me as soon as they get it. new dealer opened up near where i live at in wesley chapale so i decided to take my car there for another opinion , they confirmed the noise and i decided to fix there. they had the parts locally and nothing has to be ordered from Germany!!! Group of service unprofessional advisers at Mercedes Benz of tampa working there claiming customer service satisfaction. until today's date Germany did not send the parts!!!
