Soar is an average company. The overall experience was neither great nor terrible. The website soar.hr provides some useful information, but the design could be improved. The number of job opportunities was satisfactory. However, the application process was a bit tedious, and it took longer than expected to hear back from them. Overall, I would rate Soar as average.
