I have been a customer of RCS Group for the past few years and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly and the overall experience is decent. However, there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. The response time can be quite slow and the staff is not always knowledgeable. I hope RCS Group takes customer feedback seriously and works towards providing a better experience.
