They purposely avoid answering calls so that the state can delay payouts. I tried calling for a month straight. I finally got through and they hung up after 40 mins of waiting. They have a call back option but after 5 attempts at scheduling it asks to press 2 for next available call back. Then it hangs up on you. And I tried to use the online option but it prompts me to call in. One star is too much. Read all the other reviews. This system is an embarrassment to our tax dollars, Gov. Malloy can do better.
