I had a consult with Bryn this morning. Bryn took the time to get to know me, my company/brand and the direction I'm heading in. His analysis and feedback was very honest, thorough and professional - I was promised some feedback and notes about our conversation this morning. I received a very detailed email this afternoon about things we discussed and a direction for moving forward. This already proves to me that they deliver on their promises!
