I were recently tested positive for covid. I called to see I can get documents. Stating i were going to be out of work. They told only how i get documents. Is if I get fired or quit. And i also explain that i reached out to my client. Rep to let her know. And the rep told me to call ilife. So the person i spoken with. She had an nasty attitude. When i explained. She then goes to say. The rep don't know how we operate. And they couldn't give me. No documents. I worked with this company for 6 yrs. They are a joke. They always change my hours. And pay goes down.
