Paltalk is an average company overall. The website is fairly user-friendly. However, the customer support could use some improvement. I found it difficult to get timely responses to my queries. The quality of their services is decent, but nothing extraordinary. I would recommend Paltalk if you're looking for a basic solution, but don't expect anything outstanding.
