I'm not usually walking away from a service oriented experience impressed or benefited, but after walking away from the meeting we had with a member of American Equity Mortgage. I am so grateful for someone to take the time to truly sit down with us and get a hold of our finances so that we can be ready to find a house within our means. Knowing that we are not buying until sometime in mid 2017, he still showed a caring interest in helping us and talking to us in a language we could connect with and understand.
