I had a mixed experience with Catalytic Generators, LLC. While their products are of high quality and the delivery was quick, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had some issues with my order and it took a while to get a response from their team. However, once they did respond, they were able to resolve the issue satisfactorily. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
