The tickets we bought didn't have elevator access....

The tickets we bought didn't have elevator access. My father has a very hard time with stairs. I went to speak with guest services to try and upgrade my tickets so my dad could get to his seat. They gave me tickets to help accommodate him. In reality it's my own fault for not thinking and making sure he could access the seats. They gave him great seats and he loved the game. (Even though the Cats lost). I'm thankful for the great service.
