We have sold our car through this site and want to...

We have sold our car through this site and want to share the following points of interest:
1. Realize that there is certainly a chance that the price is up for discussion upon delivery. Negotiating at the door is then still on the agenda!
We had received a trade-in offer for the car and then asked ikwilvanmijnautoaf.nl if they could get more for this, only then would we want to sell the car through them. That's when managed in the same phone call. We had already registered the car for this and passed on information and photos. 11 days later, the episode took place. We already had our new car and the price had to be negotiated. You do not have to agree to a new, lower bid. Then your sales process (possibly private) starts all over again.
If it had been made clear to us that there was a real chance that the price offered would still be under discussion, we would not have sold the car via this site because we already had another (trade-in offer) bid. That was better than the price that we finally received for it.
2. Check all points of the purchase contract before delivery! The purchase contract you get after agreeing to sell the car. The purchase contract sometimes contains more points than discussed about the options / condition of the car. This can also cause misunderstandings on delivery.

The communication has always been friendly and you will be answered quickly. Even though the result was not what we were looking for.
