Jay-B & Group Services is an average company. Their services are okay, but not exceptional. I had expected better results based on their website, but was somewhat disappointed. The customer service team was helpful, though sometimes it took a while to receive a response. Overall, I would say they are an average company. I might consider using their services again if I don't find better options.
