Monkey Conveyancing provided an average service. They were prompt in responding to our queries and keeping us updated on the progress of our property purchase. However, there were a few delays in obtaining necessary documents and the overall process took longer than expected. The staff was professional, but not overly friendly. In terms of cost, they were reasonable compared to other conveyancing firms we considered. While nothing went terribly wrong, there was nothing exceptional about our experience with Monkey Conveyancing.
