I had a loan modification in flight when my mortgage was transferred to TMS. While it s taken a number of calls to sort things out (to no fault of any parties involved), I m thrilled to say I ve been treated so gently and carefully - like my loan matters.

Tara in particular has been a great Ally in every sense of that word. She s informative and has addressed all of my very real concerns.
