Volunteer State Bank is an average company. I have been a customer for a few years now and their services have been satisfactory. The online banking platform is easy to use and the customer service representatives are generally helpful. However, I do wish they had more competitive interest rates on their savings accounts. Overall, it's a decent bank to do business with.
