I recently tried out this pet care service to take care of my dog while I was away, and I must say, it was a decent experience. The booking process on their website was straightforward, and I was able to find a suitable pet sitter for my furry friend. The sitter was punctual and seemed to genuinely care about animals. However, there were a few hiccups during the stay. The communication with the sitter could have been better, as it took some time to get updates on how my dog was doing. Additionally, the pricing was a bit steep for the quality of service provided. Overall, it was an average experience. I appreciated the convenience, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of better communication and more competitive pricing.
