I went in there to get my truck serviced. The sales guy was going to see if I could trade the leased Tacoma in and get a car. They never got the payoff on my truck from the finance department and or told me if they can trade it in. I ve called in 3 different times now and got told someone would call me back. Pat Hayes? No call back and a guy just said he would get me to a manager and hung up on me. So unprofessional. This dealership gives Toyota a bad name.
