I have been renting from Summerhill Rentals LLC for over a year and I must say they have been quite average. The rental process was smooth, but the customer service is lacking. It takes them forever to respond to maintenance requests and they are not the friendliest people to deal with. I would say their prices are decent, but you definitely get what you pay for. Overall, a decent experience but nothing great.
