I recently tried out Minrail for the first time and it was an okay experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was simple. However, I found the trains to be a bit outdated and the seats were not very comfortable. The staff was professional and courteous, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, it was an average experience that met my basic transportation needs.
