As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to use the services of Sightspan Security Inc. 😐 Overall, my experience was average. The website, sightspan-security.com, was user-friendly and provided detailed information about their services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took quite a long time for them to respond to my inquiries and their communication felt impersonal. Additionally, the security provided by their team was adequate but didn't go above and beyond my expectations. On the positive side, their pricing was competitive and fair.
