This studio is full of energy, power, and happiness. There are a wide variety of instructors, making each class unique; yet always positively challenging the mind, body, and spirit. The atmosphere invites a close-knit, welcoming community of people. The Lotus is a beautiful space and has something to offer for everyone. It's my west coast shala refuge away from home!
