As a CUSTOMER, I have been using the services of Alamance Cnty Trnsprtaion Auth for quite some time now and I must say that they provide an average level of service. The buses are usually on time, but there have been instances when they have been delayed. The drivers are generally friendly and helpful, but there have been a few occasions when they have been rude. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
