I recently ordered a custom flag from this company, and I was quite satisfied with the quality of the product. 🏳️ The website was user-friendly and made it easy for me to design and order exactly what I wanted. However, the customer service could use improvement as I didn't receive updates on the status of my order until I reached out. Also, the shipping took longer than expected. Overall, the product was good, but the communication and delivery process left something to be desired. I would consider ordering from them again, but I hope they can improve their customer service and shipping time for a better experience.
