I have just read this non-constructive and partisan comment. Rather than anonymously publishing misplaced and erroneous information, it seems more appropriate to give real, objective and indisputable arguments.
After having been a user operating a telephony system set up by TelNowEdge in 2011 (call center - 25 extensions 5 to 7000 call days), we have been developing for more than 2 years value-added software, focused on telephony coupling. computing on multiple platforms. To date I have not found a better price / power balance - technicality / ease of handling than the TelNowEdge solution. This company is doing well, and it is not its few hundred customers, nor its network of partners who will complain. If you need me, feel free to contact me.
