👍 Lauren Haygood Fitness LLC is top-notch! The trainers are fantastic and the workouts are so much fun. I love the variety in the exercises, it never gets boring. I have been attending their fitness classes for a few months now and I can definitely see improvements in my strength and endurance. Highly recommended!
