Good hotel, unfortunately not 5 * standard

Large hotel with many amenities. The restaurant service has "Room for improvement". Had a room on the land side; was OK, even though the double bed was clearly too small for a 5 * house.

Location and surroundings
Approx. 30 minutes from the airport. Own beach section, sand (!). Unfortunately the beach was not cleaned of the seaweed.

Small double bed, otherwise good. Unfortunately a kind of mold growth in the corners of the bathroom; new silicone would significantly improve the overall impression of the bathroom.

Unfortunately we had to complain 3 times; Every time our half board was replaced by bed and breakfast in the hotel system. None of the managers were able to solve the problem in a satisfactory manner.

Flavors perfect, also the service at the table.
Agliolio good too; Service was unfortunately not attentive
