We had such a disappointing experience with this company. I was very explicit with the theme (pastels) and provided 7 inspiration pictures. Over the phone we also agreed on sprinkles. Instead we received a predominantly white cake with bold color swatches and no sprinkles. We had to request sprinkles at pickup and the staff reluctantly added a few on top. None of my inspiration pics had white so I'm still confused why I received a white cake and no pastel colors. The flavor and texture was average as well.
Given this team has delivered beautiful fondant cakes, I thought this would have been accomplishable.

Update: We froze the cake for a week and after it defrosted the cake tasted much better. The cake and icing were softer and had a creamy consistency.
