I just got off the phone with Angela and she probably the most rude person I have ever spoke to. I tried to make an appointment with her and she asked for my vin # and when I told her I didn't have it available she sounded disgusted with an "ugh" sound and a sigh then said well you're just going to have to call me back. I asked if they could just take that info later and she said they had to have it before the appointment was made. I called another jeep location off 290 hwy 6 and spoke with a very nice lady that took my appointment and was not rude.. I recommend heading to 290 for service as Jeep Dodge in Katy does not want your business. Ha and to think I was going to get another Jeep from there. We'll not now
