I recently visited The Strand's website and overall, my experience was just average. 😐 The website was easy to navigate and had a clean design, which I appreciated. However, I found the selection of products to be limited and not quite as trendy as I was hoping for. 🛍️ Additionally, the prices seemed a bit higher compared to other online retailers, which was a bit of a letdown. 💸 On the positive side, the customer service was decent. They responded to my inquiries promptly and were helpful with my order. 📞💼 However, the shipping took longer than expected, which was a bit frustrating. 🚚 Overall, I think The Strand has some room for improvement in terms of their product range and pricing. However, their customer service was satisfactory. 👍
