They're inappropriate aftercare center My daugther went this aftercare center at 2015-2016. They don't called me when my kid is sick. They just said we don't know how to find your information in computer and office person is not in office so they can't do anything but all kids' emergency information papers were seating on desk next to office person. Most of Teachers can't speak English and they don't care about children's safety. Most of teachers come to aftercare center after all children arrived at aftercare center, not before children comes in so they put all children's in one room and makes them wait in that room more than 10 mins until all teachers arrived.
They don't have a director. The driver can't speak English. One time, the van was broken on the way to school so my daughter's school called me to pick up my daughter. I called aftercare and no one answered the phone.
I complainted it to aftercare center. They told me that they don't have driver's cellphone so they can't reach him when van was broken.
They're using driver who can't speak English and they don't knew his cellphone.
Also, they're worstest aftercare center in my life.
