Staff incompetence is unbelievable: follow through is absent, mistakes rampant, and no regard for patient time. Why does a lab visit take 45 min? Why do Rxs go to the wrong pharmacy? Why are wrong doses of long-standing meds called in (repeatedly)? Why are refills not processed when the pharmacy can confirm multiple contacts with this office? No issues with Dr Gardiner or his nurse Stephanie, but I won't continue to have to battle this office to provide the healthcare they used to without issue.
