I had an average experience with Tous ergo. The website tousergo.com was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, the customer service was not great. I had to wait a long time to get a response to my email and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I would say my experience with Tous ergo was just okay.
