12/7/2017- was able to get through. For refunds/rollovers they re backed up. Normally they don t take the full 90 days, but right now they are. My documents were received 30 days ago, pending 60 days. Hopefully it takes less! Oh well.

I have been calling at different hours throughout the day and have not been able to get through. Sometimes I get the automated line, but more often than not it s just say we have been receiving a high volume of calls, please try again soon or something like that. I understand high call volume but after two weeks of consistently trying? I finally emailed last week using the secure email format and am awaiting a response. :/

I got through to a counselor, who informed me they've received my paperwork pending another department that was gone for the day. :/

Have emailed internally, emailed the email provided below, and left a fb message. :(
