I had a mixed experience with Janis Marie Snyder Family Trust. There were some areas where they excelled and others where they fell short. The service provided by their staff was average at best. I found them to be friendly, but not very knowledgeable. The rate at which they responded to my inquiries was also average. The overall impression I got was that they were just going through the motions and not putting in much effort to exceed my expectations. I would consider using their services again if I couldn't find a better option.
