I had a mixed experience with Pierhead housing. While the location of the apartment was great and the rent was reasonable, there were some issues with maintenance and communication. The maintenance requests took longer than expected to be resolved and I had to follow up multiple times. However, the staff was always polite and tried their best to address the issues. Overall, it's an average rental company.
