I had a mixed experience with the Better Business Bureau Detroit. While their website is user-friendly and provides useful information about local businesses, I found their customer support lacking. I had an issue with a company and reached out to the Better Business Bureau Detroit for assistance, but they were slow to respond and didn't offer much help.
