I recently used Uc today's services and I must say...

I recently used Uc today's services and I must say, it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and find the information I needed. However, the customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time before speaking to a representative, and when I finally did, they were not very knowledgeable about the products. Overall, I would say that Uc today is just an average company.
