I had an average experience with Lavender Industries Inc. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I was looking for. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries and when they finally did, the answers were not very helpful. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
