I recently experienced a medical emergency where I had to call the dispatch center for help. The assistance provided by the Regional Emrgncy Dispatch Center was exceptional. The dispatcher was empathetic and provided clear instructions until help arrived. Their prompt response and ability to stay calm in high-pressure situations are praiseworthy. I am grateful for their quick and effective actions.
