If I could give zero stars, I would. I schedule my delivery and every other time, there is some sort of an issue. Due to the cost of my order, I have it delivered to an alternate address than my home. I've had times where the delivery has been delayed a day or two, no phone call, nothing. I've had one time the order was delivered a day early and since the person at the alternate address wasn't aware it was coming early, my package sat out in the rain for quite a while. When I take MY time to call in to find out what is going on, I never get a valid explanation and when I ask when my delivery is coming and for a tracking number, I get put on hold for several minutes and they can't even tell me when my delayed delivery is going to arrive so I just hang up. They don't give correct tracking numbers either. It's so frustrating that I have to take MY time to try and investigate what the issue is and I'm met with rude and useless agents who don't know anything without putting me a long hold. What goes on in this pharmacy where they think it's okay to delay anyone's order that determines whether they are able to function on a daily basis? Very careless and the message I heard on hold stating they 'take pride in their timely, efficient deliveries'.... laughable. Never experienced that. Unfortunately, I cannot use another pharmacy so I will be putting in complaints on every outlet I possibly can regarding their [lack of] service.
