Like the customer service but they company policy ...

Like the customer service but they company policy is awful. They literally changed the terms of my loan and are basically demanding 1300 because the insurance I originally had wasn't good enough for them even though my insurance company sent them multiple letters.

Every month is something newly wrong with the. They said that they did not get a new copy of my insurance when my insurance company sent them proof of insurance. Now they're also charging me a late fee even though I paid on time. How can there be a late fee when it's on autodraft?
