Norlense is an average company. The website norlense.com is easy to navigate and provides all the necessary information. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They were not very responsive to my inquiries and it took a long time to get a resolution to my issue. Overall, my experience with Norlense was okay, but I expected better.
