I had an unfortunate experience with this company....

I had an unfortunate experience with this company. The service was slow, and communication was unclear from the start. When I finally received my order, it was not what I expected, which left me feeling quite unsatisfied. I expected a more professional approach and clearer information throughout the process. Overall, my interaction has not met my expectations.

Dear Johan, you write so generally that it's hard to know who you are. We have to worry you, none of our clients was ever named Johan, so you can spread false information somewhere else, but not under our company - because we don't want that.
