The Shepherdstown Visitor Center, INC is an average company. The service they provide is satisfactory, but nothing extraordinary. I visited them last week and found their staff to be friendly and helpful. However, I feel that there is room for improvement. The facility could be better maintained and organized. Overall, it was an okay experience.
