I have been a customer of Wish istanbul for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The website is easy to navigate and the ordering process is smooth. However, the quality of the products is hit or miss. Sometimes I receive items that are great, but other times the products are of poor quality. The customer service is also average. They are responsive, but sometimes it takes a while to get a satisfactory resolution. Overall, I would say that Wish istanbul is an average company.
